Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) on Thursday accused the Obama administration of being overly cautious in analyzing intelligence about the alleged use of chemical weapons in Syria, saying he feared the White House was looking for excuses not to get involved.
Im worried that the president and the administration will use the caveats as an excuse to not act right away or to not act at all, he told Fox News. The president clearly stated that it was a red line and that it couldnt be crossed without the United States taking vigorous action.

I’m thinking Glenn Beck was right about the globalists and muslim brotherhood divvying up the world.
After we go into Syria we can take in thousands of Syrian Muslim refugees as immigrants like we did after we went into Somalia. We can give them welfare and let them vote here. What could go wrong?
No wonder McCain was near the bottom of his class in Annapolis. The man is stupid.
The rebels are killing Christians by the bucket full, and promise to kill more if they win.
Muslims are killing each other and that is always good.
We are broke and don’t need to borrow billions to win a war for Al Quaeda-—and incidentally lose it for ourselves.
All McCain wants to do is sell out Americans. Something he may have learned as a POW.
McCain playing the bad cop to Obama’s good cop. This is a show. They’re on the same team and have been for as long as they’ve been in the public eye.
I agree...I think we are up to our eyeballs with what is going on in Syria BUT we have NO DAMN business there!
John: STFU before you someone else killed.
McCain and his butt pal Linda love to embroil the US in more war we don’t care about. Frankly, ain’t our problem if those Muslims exterminate each other. Good riddance.
Please have a big ol' handful of oxies before bedtime.
We'd ALL sleep better that way.
bottoms up,
tomkat
I agree to stay out of it...but the USA credibility is in total jeopardy here, this “pseudo macho community organizer” has created a trap for our believability in this dangerous world, I wonder if this is on purpose with his pattern of weakening our great nation. I’ve never seen a President that didn’t put the country first, this is breathtaking.
Who cares about Syria? 100,000 Syrian lives aren’t worth the life of one American. The “rebels” want war with Israel and an Islamic state. Only a traitor like McCain would advocate for them. Why is this guy where he is? He was a piss poor pilot who got another pilot killed, was probably responsible for the Forrestal fire, and his daddy covered it up, and he was probably turned by the Commies in Hanoi. He is a traitor. Just say it to the bastard’s face.
Our government as a whole is in on the game. When things go to hell we have bread and circuses of congressional hearings and investigations but nothing is ever solved.
Its kinda like Fast and Furious. We’re no closer to resolving that than we were 10 minutes before Brian Terry was killed.
One day the American people both left and right will have to stand together and demand that this stuff be taken out of the hands of the wheelers, dealers, and scapegoat hunters.
I listen to Cain’s opinions less than even Obama’s...who I disdain...but Cain sold us out to Obama and I will never forget that.
Why would we go into Syria?? Our enemies are fighting our enemies?
Yup. “we have nothing to fear from an Obama presidency.”
I have heard it said to not ascribe to malice what can be explained by stupidity. Not sure how that applies here.
McCain won’t be happy until we have half the army around Damascus.
McCain and others like him on our own side are a big reason we will never get answers on Benghazi either. He was up to his ears in that ‘mission’ to arm our bloody enemies!!
An old fool that needs to retire.
Can you imagine McCain winning in 2008, we would be in about seven wars by now.
Righto. Wars are driving our country into bankruptcy like they did to England. McCain must be getting contributions from the military-industrial complex.
“Our government as a whole is in on the game”
So true...I don’t trust any of them anymore. Cruz and a very few like him yes...but this government is too big to ever dismantle I am afraid.
I want to see pencil pushers and bureaucrats standing in the unemployment lines!!
Yeah there are a handful of good people in DC which means we gotta keep pushing and putting more in office.
