Well, once the accused are released following YOUR “jury hanging” I hope that it is your kids he/she will be giving drugs to and not mine.

I didn't let my kid do drugs but if you choose to let your kids do drugs there is little I can do about that. That would really be your responsibility.

Well Orangedog, I didn’t let my kids do drugs either. But I won’t kid myself, I don’t know whether they ever experimented or not—and I suspect you don’t KNOW about your kid either (unless you kept the kid chained up in your basement).

But keep up with your jury nullification plans for “victimless—as determined by you—crimes”—maybe you’ll graduate from being willing to do jury nullification for folks accused of drug possession to doing jury nullification for folks accused of pedophilia or statutory rape or one of the VERY numerous crimes some (not me) say can be “victimless”.
