It would depend on the actual bail on the warrant. She allegedly stole 1,600 dollars worth of merchandise, which would be a felony in most states. The bail could be anywhere from a few hundred dollars to several thousand dollars.

So was she out on bail when she skipped back to Dagestan?

No doubt local jihadists will be pleased to cover her expenses. They seem to be rolling in welfare cash, after all.

Sorry, I wasn’t more clear, my fault. If she was released on her own recognizance and didn’t show, a warrant would be issued and it would have a bail on it. This would not be of interest to a bounty hunter because she didn’t post bail. However, if she DID post bail through a bail bondsman and she skipped, it might be worth it for a bounty hunter to grab her.
