I wouldn’t dispute the CIA man. Before the first bomb was planted, they had to learn to assemble them. And then they had to test one or two to make sure they actually worked. So, where did they learn to assemble them and test them? More information we might never know thanks to the Federal Judge.

Didn't Rico Suave go back to the homeland for 6 months of training last year?

An interesting point given the fortunate failure of previous domestic attacks. You can pick up a lot on the web or from the like minded. But if the elder wasn't trained, did they test or were they lucky. Everything seems to have functioned, including what they threw out their car.
