Boston Marathon 'bombers' planned to set off remaining explosives in New York

The suspected Boston Marathon bombers wanted to attack New York — and specifically planned to blow up Times Square before they were captured, authorities said today.

Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, hatched these plans on the fly, shortly after they carjacked a motorist a week ago tonight.

The younger brother allegedly told investigators of their Big Apple plans this weekend from his hospital bed. FBI interrogators passed on the information to New York officials last night, according to Mayor Bloomberg and NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly.

It was said by investigators that these two followed the identical behavior, after the bombing, that criminals do when they believe they won’t get caught.

Yep, I agree with your every word, and the most suspicious player in this "event," is the Saudi who was detained, briefly questioned, hospitalized for burns suffered at the Marathon, and then released and I think shipped home at the request of the Saudi's, by the Obama regime itself. It's further reported and illustrated with photos, that Moochelle visited this same young Saudi in the hospital. He's a Saudi VIP who hates America.

The FBI Interrogators were told it by hte kid prior to the Assy Dep Att , the public Defender and a Magistrate Judge showed up to indited him and shut down the interrogation....Foxnews has been talking about it.

Allow me to play devil's advocate: I understand that the Bomber confessed to the bombing during the FBI interrogation. Why continue to interrogate after the confession at the risk that the confession could be thrown out under the exclusionary rule if a court were to find that the "publle safety exception" to Miranda was no longer applicable at the time of the confession?

The video keeped getting interrupted and re-ran. After third time, I got pissed off and just closed the connection.

It had nothing to due with operating systems, on the client side. I went a few hours later to the site and the whole video played out ok, with no interruptions. The Blaze site's servers where simply getting hammered and could not handle the traffic.

At any rate,it looks like these developments in this case do have some legs. Glen as well as others who really do care and follow things develop are not going to go away.

The White House may find it difficult over time to have the DOJ, FBI, CIA, NTC, NSA, DOS, keep a tight lid on what has developed.
