That may or may not have been in the mind of this particular judge. But it may very well have been FOREMOST in the minds of those who scheduled and arranged for the judge to show up.
I know that in one of your earlier comments you said that the FBI wasn’t going to get anything more out of him anyhow. What exactly is it that made you make that assumption-especially since the “ticked” FBI interrogators said he was at the point of talking freely? And keep in mind the old adage—”assumption is the mother of all foul ups” (cleaned up the language a bit).
