It's just plain stupid to allow anyone in during a time of bad unemployment, other than professionals that we may need because of a shortage of some highly skilled workers.
Worse than stupid, it's economic treason.

It used to be that,when people came to America, they came to actually better America itself. All the while providing themselves with a better life. I don’t see that any longer.
