I like the ruling, but wonder if the administration will obey and if they do not, will Congress do anything about it.

But since the BP is only stopping about 40% that sneak in, I wonder if this ruling is going be any help.

And speaking of the Obama administration, His Honor has been uncharacteristically quiet the last several days it seems to me - no self-righteous speechs, no finger-wagging press conferences - could he be embarrassed because his attempts to make everyone believe that the whole world loved us now that he's president has been shown to be a joke? Might he be worried that the public is finally coming to understand that he's in reality a not very bright empty suit? Is he trying to invent rationalizations as to why it's okay for him to be good buddies with Bill Ayers and his wife Bernardine Dohrn, terrorists who fifty years ago killed more innocent Americans with bombs than the Boston killers, and yet condemn those same killers as loathsome and outrageous?.....
