this may be better placed in the religion section since it so dependent upon the roman catholic teaching of what sex is about. one can be anti-abortion and still be pro-contraceptive and still be a Christian. if catholics chose to follow their church’s teaching so be it but that should never be the basis for law

Catholics have no problem not practicing birth control and living within the law of the land.

Another point, Catholic teaching is not about saying no. It’s about guidance for living a fruitful life, applicable to anyone.

I can’t read this article by an atheist, what? I don’t know, It’s certain to be illogical.

I can say that the Catholic Church does not inset itself into politics (exception to misguided men who act outside the Church’s teaching on this and insert their views on lawmaking - NOT of the Church).

The Catholic Church is not a wacky political sect. It DOES say abortion is wrong because it’s murder, and that legal abortion is an unlawful ruling.

That’s just obvious truth. Many truthful secularists say that not a constitutional ruling.
