There are a lot of good Christian women (myself included) that truly believe the availability of reliable contraceptives PREVENTS many abortions from occurring. Let’s not take women back to the 1950’s.
Those Catholics that believe in opposing contraception politically should maybe worry about convincing their own flock first. Good grief, the last Gallup poll I saw showed 80%+ of Catholics even believed contraception is morally acceptable. At least politically, this anti-contraception stuff is a non starter.
I’m sure that there are a lot of “Christians” who believe that the availability of abortion PREVENTS unwanted children being brought into the world who would likely end up in gangs murdering other gangstas.
A woman whoose motherhood is appreciated is blessed and a blessing. A woman who wields her motherhood powerfully and abundantly echoes through time and history like nothing else.
