Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Harbi is a patient at Brigham and Women's so MO may have seen him (as well as other patients) while she was there. No press was allowed for security reasons. It's curious that they only got this photo that looks like her passing by, rather than a photo of her meeting ARAAH.
