Disturbing is the number of times departments were told to stand down. A city paralyzed ... homes stormed, meanwhile a carjacking, 7-11 robbery, and a cell call home to mom? F’n nuts.

I agree..it was like the Feds did not want any witnesses to what they were doing during the whole thing.Boston police would get the guys cornered or think they had them..FEDs would come in push local cops out and go in.
