They were too preoccupied with buying 2 billion rounds of ammo and harassing Americans to do their job.

I disagree that they were not doing their job. Only the naive and credulous think that "Homeland Security's" job is protecting Americans. Its job is protecting the government from the people and harassing the people to make sure they know who's in charge. They were doing their job - especially when they marched Watertown residents out of their homes with guns in their faces.

The government doesn't care about a few terrorists. After all they only kill and maim the little people. The government is worried about things like massive civil disobedience. They're worried about the sheep waking up and kicking out the parasites. They're worried about people like McVeigh who actually target the government rather than random innocents.

In a time of economic trouble, the governments are planning on raising taxes via taxing the internet. This is not the action of a government that worries about its citizens.

I used to laugh at all the Occupy Trashcan idiots who wore their Guy Fawkes masks after watching V for Vendetta for the 300th time. It's not as funny as it used to be.
