Can’t say the word bullsh-t because it is in reference to a male bull. It has to be gender neutral. Now it has to be cowsh-t.
What Washington State is doing is cowsh-t.
What I meant to say is bullsh-t is in reference to a male cow. Which tells me that this thing has got me all screwed up. I guess I will have hire a zillion more state employees just to get things right.
This thing has had to come from a woman with cowsh-t for brains. I hope she knows I just called her a cow.
