What the hell is wrong with England?
Allowing a court system other than the one set up by the Government is insane.
Is there a Catholic Court. A Pagan Court, an Atheist Court?
Why is it that they allow a Muslim-Islamist Court?
Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!
They'll never admit it, but the decision to allow muslim courts is made out of abject fear.
It is not a court system.
The Sharia courts are civil courts, existing in five English cities, they are the same as the Jewish ‘beth din’ civil courts, which have been in the UK for over 100 years.
They are not criminal courts.
