"Maybe your clergyman, siblings or wife can assist you."

To be honest, I have no "siblings" and my wife doesn't care about this nonsense, so I guess it's a "clergyman". Any particular persuasion that will actually listen to my stuff? I'm not religious so don't know who has the best ideas within Catholics, Protestants, Mormons, et al. I don't know their thinking and how their doctrine could help.

What about a secular therapist, which I've considered?

Would it be important what I write on the Internet when discussing my points that I'm so clearly adamant about? I don't get how it could work. I'm 63 and pretty much set in my ways. I talk crap after having some cocktails, so how would that work?

You're not dead yet so try them all out.

Maybe a psychiatrist would be more beneficial in your case.
