How do we know it was incompetency and not orders given from higher up to cease and desist?

It has to be incompetency. If it is anything other than incompetency it will open up a can of worms. People will have to confront some ugly truths and might even have to question their views on how the world really works. That's something most people work very hard to avoid.

This should probably have its own thread, just to remind people just how willfully incompetent Obama and his minions are.
