For those, like me, who didn’t/dont know, Cardiff State Beach is in CA, near San diego.
Military does lots of training in that area
Just south of Camp Pendleton. There’s been a lot of military activity in that area for the last 75 years. Could be a lot of things they’ve lost over time.
Went to the Marine’s Birthday Ball in San Diego and stayed with Marine friends who lived in Cardiff by the Sea almost 40 years ago. Was my first visit to that area of California. Very beautiful and thoroughly enjoyed my evening with the Marines.
