I read somewhere that the younger brother, driving a carjacked SUV, tried to run down the police with while they were handcuffing the older one. The police managed to get out of the way, but the older brother was run over and dragged for some distance. If true, that may account for a few bumps and bruises.
That’s a good point. Plus the vivid purplish staining [face & neck] was liver mortis. The police had nothing to do w it.
