18. At approximately 5:00 p_m. on April 18, 2013, the FBI published video and photographic images of Bomber One and Bomber Two on its web site. Those images were Widely rebroadcast by media outlets all over the Country and the world.

19. Near midnight on April 18, 2013, an individual carjacked a vehicle at gunpoint in Cambridge, Massachusetts....The man pointed a ñrearm at the Victim and stated, “Did you hear about the Boston explosíon?” and “I did that.”

Wait a minute!!! There's something missing between 18 and 19. Oh yeh -- all those friends, associates, "patriots" in Boston calling in to identify these two known killers. How many called these two instead to warn them rather than calling the police???

All of that in between stuff has no place in the criminal complaint. The complaint is designed to tell what the defendant did that led him to be charged with the crimes listed in the complaint. Whether or not he was called/warned/etc has nothing to do with the crimes he is charged with.
