So let me get this straight. A 20 year old soldier who just got off the plane at JFK, after serving a tour of combat duty in Afghanistan could be arrested if he pulled out a pack of Cigarettes grabbed a beer and the airport bar while waiting for his Taxi. Same sh*t, different day
