Now, what is a true conservative? Lets say if a conservative is 100% pure, but decided against an issue (i.e. Gay marriage) is he now a RINO?

I'm a small government, fiscal conservative. small government means that I do not want the government in the bedroom of a gay couple - OR IN THE GUN RANGE AT MY LOCAL GUN STORE!!
