OK, so is this how it went down, the perp shoots himself as the cops close in so naturally they all unload on him and turn the boat into swiss cheese? And with all that firing as heard on the video clip, they didn’t hit the kid?
The Boston police chief said on TV that the bomber shot at police, but they did not return fire. My guess is the Feds filled the boat with holes.
Look at the pics of the boat! All shots were fored high into the side panel He was laying in bottom of boat.
Those do not look like lethal impacts. The face of the panel looks scarred but no penetration!
