If officers entered homes without permission or a warrant, or exigent circumstances, then yes they did violate the 4th. It is now up to those homeowners to pursue a legal remedy.

LOL yeah boy, I’m sure thats going to work. I’m sure those people have the millions necessary for a lawsuit. Meanwhile law enforcement continues to violate peoples rights without any fear of consequences.
