All those cops, all those agencies, all that training and experience and yet no one could come up with a plan that didn’t violate their first sworn duty the defend and protect the Constitution of the United States? Now that’s SAD.
It might have something to do with the fact they were all standing around. Those that weren’t violating the Constitution.
