What was that comment Hussein made some time ago when in an Arab country?
Something like “if it gets bad enough, I’m on the side of Arabs.” You may be referring to this statement made by Obama in his book "Audacity Of Hope".

I thought Marcella meant a speech by Obama on his ME visit (visits?). You know Cairo speech and/or others.
I thought about the same quote from the book, but couldn't find what's in his speech (too many flowery words to go through completely).
