Some where on these nets is a photo of him sitting on the side of the boat right before he is on the ground handcuffed.
He was well enough to do that. So I wonder when did he shoot himself? any ideas?
that seems to be the $64,000 question...
I guess the cops don’t need drones with all this IR capability.
