The Boston Globe ran an informative piece today, but devoid of the money angle, about how the parents of the two boys argued and divorced over presumably financial struggles, He was an auto body mechanic, she was a hair and nails type. Not much money there but living the life and dream that so many of us face. Their boys were doing pretty well until they divorced and went back to Chechyna LEAVING THE BOYS ON THEIR OWN.
Relatives couldn’t help much, and some thought the boys losers. A nice car was left behind presumably by the auto mechanic father.
But no money.
One of them is an amateur boxer, kid, wife....No Prospects, NO MONEY.
The other is a pothead video game enthusiast. LOSER....NO MONEY.
Older brother goes to the mosque and humbles himself asking for help. He has a wife and child and finds himself in a loser category. He is told no alcohol....(Ok good, so far so good)...and he is told to wear the clothes of Islam, grow a beard....(ok, we respect differences). He then is told that to receive a place in the Muslim society for his wife and child he must follow teachings of Islam strictly ...(radicalization begins)... and then finally the test comes from an Imam backed by moneybags, perform this act on the infidels and you and your wife and child will be richly rewarded with money and status.
