FBI and ICE officials returned to the New Bedford, Massachusetts apartment on Saturday and re-arrested the two men who were brought in on Friday. The two men were led away in handcuffs Saturday afternoon. Police say bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev may have once lived with the men at the residence. The two men, Azmat and Diaz, are believed to be from Kazakhstan.
South Coast Today reported:
Agents wearing FBI and Department of Homeland Security jackets detained two men at the Hidden Brook apartment complex just hours after releasing three people believed to be associated with Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
A neighbor who declined to identify herself said the same two men were among the three people taken into custody by the FBI Friday afternoon....

So they arrested 3 and let them go and now arrest 2 of the 3 again?
Maybe they had a wire tap and got some incriminating evidence.
A lack of evidence earlier probably resulted in their earlier release. It’s also possible that they were arrested so their lines could be tapped to see who they contacted when they were released.
That’s what I’m thinking.
Well when you have “reporter” who can type articles that say things like:
“Earlier Saturday afternoon, a silver mini-van with consulate license plates arrived at the Carriage Drive apartment along with the FBI and Homeland Security, and stayed a half an hour longer than the agents.
The van left with two women, neither of whom appeared to be restrained.”
how could you even hope to find out what is going on? Someone who imagines that a foreign consulate official could restrain someone and take them away, ie arrest them on American soil, is really has no business reporting to the rest of us.
Is it coincidence that the pronunciation of this fellow’s first name is very close to the English word “Joker” . . . ?
How fast can they do preliminary DNA testing?

Since he did not get himself killed in a final shoot out, he is not a “true believer”. I feel he will probably give up info.
Reminds me of some of the shots during the search - a few folks running around a corner to make for a good photo op and then milling around in confusion when confronted by a wide and empty avenue.
FBI hauls them in for questioning. They lie to the infidels that they know nothing. The FBI releases them. The bad guys’ “cleaning” crew sneak into the apt. to take care of business. The girls call their daddies and their daddies call the consulate to get them away from evil infidel American questions and onto the next plane out. The FBI notifies ICE they (all or some) are here on expired student visas forcing ICE to get off their backsides and do their job. ICE, reluctantly, picks up the guys. ICE will either turn them over to their consulate, will give them a free tax payer purchased plane ticket home away from any further FBI questions, or release them with a pinky swear that they’ll keep their paperwork up to date in the future. Or something along those lines.
