I heard that the helos weren’t flying earlier because the cloud cover was very low..

I live in Boston and I saw Coast Guard helicopters flying back and forth over my neighborhood throughout the day. Why they were looking in my area is a mystery as it is about 7 miles from Watertown. The weather was overcast with breaking sun on Friday. Ceiling was not low.
