It's illegal but DPD Chief White, who is black, ordered DPD officers not to enforce the law.
In addition there were two shootings on the 16th Street Mall as well; at the McDonald's at 16th and Cleveland and at Maggiano's in the Pavilions at 16th and Glenarm. All this before 5:30. The cops are going to have their hands full tonight.
