The states - under the 10th amendment - can do whatever they want.

They constituted the Federal government and have a lot of power.

All those MA laws are constitutional.

"The states - under the 10th amendment - can do whatever they want."

They constituted the Federal government and have a lot of power. All those MA laws are constitutional.

Under your interpretation then the States can ban the 2nd Amendment And the First and so on.

But what the tenth actually sez is "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

So all those laws in MA concerning owning guns and restricting their use are unconstitutional as well. Like I said you know two things about this situation. "Jack" and "Shit"...

The states can't amend or transgress against the 2nd Amendment nor can the FedGov. But they both have done so. but your argument states the FedGov Can't and the States can.

Like I said Bottom Line: the Way the law stands now the Feds have jurisdiction and can charge him and so can the State and you haven't a clue about which you speak.
