It seems to me that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev needs to be immediately sent to Gitmo. Whomever are the brains behind this guy would want him dead. Someone gave the two money, guns, training, and direction. That someone certainly doesn't want to be exposed. The only way to protect themselves is to kill Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

Why expose innocent doctors, nurses, and hospital personnel, as well as police guards to that exposure. Besides, at Gitmo, more appropriate questioning may be still available.

Well, being refugees from war torn Chechnya, our government put them on welfare from the moment they entered the country. Being Muslim, our government, and local Muslim outreach programs, afforded them grants, scholarships and stipends in order to continue their higher education.

Their guns could have been procured from various sources; but, rest assured, it is harder for a law abiding citizen (whatever that word implies anymore) to legally purchase and own a firearm than it is for a sleeper cell Muslim.

It has been proffered that the older brother received his training abroad with the full knowledge and acquiescence of out government (FBI, Homeland Security, ICE, etc.)

Their direction came from the Koran and the encouragement of their Imams.
