Unlike his brother who was denied citizenship, he was naturalized last year on 9/11, so he will get lawyers and years of court proceedings.

I'll bet the taxpayers will be out 5 million dollars even before he is sent to prison. And if he gets the Federal death penalty those proceedings will drag on for years costing millions more.

Yep. Death penalty cases cost roughly double what it costs to keep someone alive in prison for life.
