Let's hope he is executed. Why should he be treated any different than McVeigh?

I answered the question in my earlier post about why he will be treated differently than McVeigh. McVeigh was convicted of capital murder by the feds, sentenced to death by the feds, and executed by the feds because 8 of his victims were federal officials. This perp killed no federal officials, hence no federal crime.
It will be very interesting to see if the feds treat this as an act of war. That’s the only way he will be executed, since otherwise he’ll be tried in a Massachusetts state court and sentenced to life in prison (MA has no state death penalty).
