Don’t know about the SUV, but they HAD searched this area, the boat and a nearby shed, but when they gave the all clear the owner of the house noticed that the shed door was open and thought that she saw bloody clothing inside the door and blood on the side of the boat, and quite sensibly called 911.
Could have been a hostage situation.
