What do all of these failed cities have in common? - Bloated public payrolls - Bloated welfare payments to ever increasing non-productive citizens - excessivley generous defined pension plans and medical plans Lots of union retirees living large in Florida, some in their 50's who will collect pension and medical another 40 YEARS!
