I doubt that teenagers (one of the perps was 19) just spontaneously decide to move to the US from Chechnya, bomb the Boston marathon, and start shooting police officers. Somebody trained them. Somebody financed them. Somebody sent them. Are there other cells around the country?

All good questions. I’ve wondered for years why they didn’t just shoot up random gatherings around the country.
Iran has some pretty competent special forces and we all know about AQ. The Iranians sometimes talk to the Turks, Jordanians, and Pakistanis.
They pretty much throw up their hands at the idea of using Chechens for anything but disruption. They are good technically, but their tactics suck and they go off half cocked.
