I made a comment earlier that I counted at least five times in which the word “literally” was misused. One time “literally maybe a few miles or so away.” Yikes!

This is one of my major pet peeves. It's like they're valley girls and they slip in the word "literally" and they think it makes sound smart and cool.

It makes them sound dumb and dumber.

That's true, and it's a small chance, but if he had planted explosives and is wondering which ones to set off at what time or if he wants to know which corner a sniper is hiding around before he goes out in a blaze of glory it sure would be convenient for him to have a live feed of the area.

I think our soldiers there did a heroic job in a bad situation. I just believe that Iraq made it a lot easier for the terrorists to kill and wear down America like they had done to the USSR a generation earlier. And the removal of Saddam created a huge void of instability not to the benefit of the US.
