That's pretty unheard of, but understandable as it's pretty impossible to get around Boston with the entire MBTA shut down, plus taxis, too.

Town is shut down hard. On the scanner, cops were asking that a person who was out walking be required to justify that. The guy was proned out, determined to be no threat. But, he was breaking the request by being out.
