Can you read? That was from 2002. He changed his position. Obviously he got better info. There was a bill in 2005 or 06 to control Fannie and Freddie and it was shot down by Dems too.

Like I said, Dubya was a long sight better than Obama. His position on rewarding bad behavior with “comprehensive immigration reform” though was flat wrong. Do you want that in espanol, amigo?

The Fannie and Freddie that followed his mission to give millions of bad loans?

By 2006 it was too late. House prices had run up to unsustainable levels and were at a peak. It was going down and all those minorities w bad credit were the first to go.

Reading this thread brings to mind the task of teaching pigs to sing.

George W. Bush wasn’t perfect, he had flaws. But some people are simply so blinded by hatred and God knows what else that they are incapable of seeing the larger picture.

I have observed there are people on FR that seem to have a lot more common ground with the Code Pinkos we saw outside Walter Reed than they have with many Freepers.
