I believe they are 2 different women. (notice the white edging on shorts of the one next to the boy who died. That white edging is not on the shorts on the woman with the Tufts Sweatshirt in the street.) ...

The white you see on the shorts in the railing pic is a stripe running down the side of her leg. If you look closely, there is a small white logo in front of the stripe.

Going to the running picture, on the left you can see the small white logo. However, you can't see the stripe because it is behind her (the logo itself is only barely visible).

In the first picture, you only see the stripe because her leg is extended forward.
