One thing that bothers me is that the cell towers were shut down and people could not call home to tell that they were OK. My question is when were the cell towers shut down. If they were shut down quickly it would show more sophisticated security than things appeared. It looks like there was radiation monitoring but something went wrong.

Now I am sure most people dropped their packs when the explosions happened. But since this guy is the official suspect that is pretty damning.
