I don't believe a word of it. There were hundreds of people milling around at both sites. Unless they have definitive witnesses swearing they saw specific individuals placing bags there or concealing bags in trash receptacles, it could have been anyone. I am more suspect of the Saudi based on his photos at the hospital. Hundreds of people maimed, others killed outright, and he's laughing and smiling. Why? Because he'd just been told by the Saudi thug in the one picture that he was being sent home. End of investigation. Job well done!

I suspect the FBI, Holder, and Napolitano are now busy with the cover-up. I'll gladly be proven wrong, but at this point I don't believe ANYONE will ever be indicted here,..........unless someone has already been selected as the 'Fall Guy'.

I don’t know that I agree with you that smiling in the photo indicates something nefarious.

Could be that he’s happy to be alive and has no loved ones injured or killed. He has a reason to be happy, even if it might seem inappropriate, but he probably wasn’t thinking about that. “Oh, this picture might make it to the internet, so I’d better not smile.”
