“He must do something to protect our children.”
Then he should ban abortion.

What do you think Barry would do if nobody obeyed his so-called Executive order?

The question is ..Are there enough Senators and Congressmen with the ‘nads to do something about it?
No. Party loyalty trumps everything.

The sad thing is that if the republicans take control of the senate and impeachment is possible, and a republican is elected president in 2016 he’ll say “We need to move forward”. obama and his ilk will get away with all they’ve done and all they’re going to do.
To: Nachum
Nope. And expect more school shootings and like incidents. It won’t end until we fight. The other side smells victory.

Just like Clinton did. Based on what happened in 2012, I don’t see the Republicans taking control of the Senate in 2014 and I do not believe that obama will leave the White House when his 2012 to 2016 term expires.

I would agree that may be the spark that ignites a revolution - we are not the Brits or Aussies - we will not just lay down.... When blood is shed, they will be the ones to draw the first drop from me. But that is all they'll get as far as it's in my power.
But I think that we largely have a coward presidency. If we don't blink, and don't back down, they won't push the issue.

I don’t get the all the pubbies bowing down to EOs. Everytime he pens one they should defund his entourage...... It makes me sick.

Seems to me Obamas anger is contrived.
No, it’s real. He’s not getting his way. Now comes the revenge.

I thought the executive orders were for things of an emergency nature, used until congress could pass a law on same. No, actually. EOs are normally used to provide direction in the areas where the executive branch already has discretion, either inherently or via powers granted by Congress. The little-used "confirmation" of EOs by Congress (in actually, only used to un-confirm, so to speak, everything else is just left without comment or action) would allow Congress to object if it thinks the President is overstepping his authority.
