Can you not see the pics? No, he doesn’t have burned hands. There are no bandages and he’s got his fingers linked. The only thing on his hand is the IV bandage for the needle.
That begs the question, what’s he doing in the hospital? He’s standing up and is able to pose for the cameras with a big smile. So, maybe a bump or bruise under his gown but nothing to keep him hospitalized other than for observation either by the doc or the FBI.

My point to you, again, is that skin tones due to burns aren’t necessarily clear/obvious in photographs.
These aren’t autopsy photos with a super-high-res lens in closeup, these are snapshots from a couple yards away.
Also, maybe he had powder burns Monday when he entered the hospital. Maybe those burns weren’t as severe as they looked when he was apprehended with powder/soot on his hands. Maybe since then, they’ve cleaned him up, and his “Severe Burns” turned out to be “got scorched by something but it just burnt the hair off his knuckles.”
If he’s not injured, can you explain why they’ve inserted an IV into him?
