Rush schooled Rubio, but I missed the part where he asked about the new Marco-phones that are going to be given out.
Apparently those cell phones would be for people living near the border, who don't currently have cell phones, to report illegal intrusions. I don't know whom in government they're supposed to call, but one thing I know they won't ever hear is, "We'll be right there!"
I can't believe how gullible people are about there ever being serious border enforcement. It boggles the mind.
