Based on past performance, I would say that he is guilty and they are removing him so they can build a case against someone of their choice to furthur their agenda. And their choice will be a White Christian male who is a gun owner and is a Tea Party participant. Sarah Palin would be their ideal choice and they may still be able to tie her to it. At least for the media and their desciples.
