I noticed that too. I hope with you...sigh.
Earlier on I heard over the scanner they were closing down the interstate...I thought it had something to do with the congestion and mobility for emergency responders. Was surprised to learn a couple hours later it was still closed.
Born in April(still to come though) also....tough to do my birthday, with just this week has been already. Prayers....
My BD was last week before it all started.
What is about this part of April, seriously? Bit worried. USASTRONG! FR-STRONG! PRAYSTRONG!
The Civil War and American Revolution both started in April
I told my wife that it’s cool that Texas State Police still wear cowboy hats.
The mayor said this was also a grain storage facility and he thinks the grain may have exploded, too. Rice and soybean and wheat dust is very combustible.
Wow... u would think there would be laws against residential homes being located that close to fertilizer storage.
Agreed.
Another explosion in OKC.

I’m not usually a tin foil hat gal, but the 20th anniversary of Waco makes me wonder.
Effects radii for 1 kt blast (smallest to largest):
Fireball radius: 0.03 km / 0.02 mi (2,884.84 m² / 31,052.18 ft²) Maximum size of the nuclear fireball; relevance to lived effects depends on height of detonation.
Air blast radius: 0.28 km / 0.17 mi (0.25 km² / 0.1 mi²) 20 psi overpressure; heavily built concrete buildings are severely damaged or demolished; fatalities approach 100%.
Thermal radiation radius: 0.69 km / 0.43 mi (1.48 km² / 0.57 mi²) Third-degree burns to all exposed skin; starts fires in flammable materials, contributes to firestorm if large enough.
Air blast radius: 0.74 km / 0.46 mi (1.72 km² / 0.66 mi²) 4.6 psi overpressure; most buildings collapse; injuries universal, fatalities widespread.
Davy Davy Crockett, king of the mini nukes.
Really crazy stuff.
There was a scare in OKC today. A stolen haul was parked outside city hall. Streets were closed while investigated. Truck was empty.
I believe they were worried about another explosion as there was still fire..and there are fumes that are dangerous, too..
The descriptions and pictures are frightening indeed.
The original fire crew that went to put out the fire has not been accounted for I just heard.
The scene itself is still too dangerous to investigate.
The auction barn isn’t a bad area to house the media, if it is like most of them, there are bleachers, plenty of parking and a decent restaurant.
