He used the phrase “This is KC and I approved this message” on his facebook on April 11th, (scroll down) after the letters were mailed but before their content was known.
Does the phrase “I’m KC and I approved this message” have some significance from somewhere? Could it be an inside joke or something? Interestingly, Senator Wicker is mentioned as an aside on his page.
Knick-names himself “Elvis Guy” and here’s a weird coincidence: I went to high school with a guy who seemed bright and mostly normal who became obsessed with Elvis to the point of really serious craziness. Today he’s doing time in Federal prison. What for? Sending envelopes of white powder to politicians.
